1:20.7	many people think just because you tear December off the calendar and there is a new number at the
1:25.7	top of the next page that miraculously somehow everything's going to be different. All you're neglect
1:32.4	and bad habits will be wiped away. All the broken promises and unmet goals are instantly forgiven.
1:39.3	And all the apathy and lethargy that has set in is suddenly extinguished.
1:44.7	Ah, no, that hasn't worked for you in the past years and it's not going to work for you in this
1:49.7	new year either. It's kind of like the guy on a bus in London shortly after World War II.
1:54.8	He's sitting on the bus with a parcel wrapped in brown paper on his lap. It's big and it's a

2:06.0	The man says, oh, it's an unexploded bomb. We dug it out of the garden and I'm taking it to
