I want to talk about this recent situation with Alex Baldwin or Alec Baldwin.

Alec Baldwin, he just had all the charges dropped on his shooting situation from the movie

Rust, which was being filmed in New Mexico.

I want to talk a little bit about that,

and a piece about firearm safety.

And then I want to dig a lot more

into some of these stories about civil asset forfeiture.

There was our recent guest on Monday who talked about how that was what

descend, you know, uptended her family and took all of their

savings, put their bank accounts at risk.

I want to talk about what it is, why it's a problem, who's against

it. I don't really know anyone who's for it right now. I guess if you're a fed, then it's a good

tool for you, but it's really dangerous in a lot of ways. So we're going to talk about that.
