0:06.0	had been hospitalized a few times because she was going to die otherwise. And then
0:09.6	when she was 18 she unfortunately looked up online if it was possible to get
0:13.9	your breasts removed without having breast cancer and she found top surgery. And a
0:18.2	week later she had decided that she was a trans man and when she went to a
0:22.0	gender clinic, the therapist said to her, that's why you're trying to starve
0:27.7	yourself because you're not meant to have curves because you're really a
0:30.7	boy. And so she told her parents and her parents were delighted because they
0:33.9	had seen their daughter nearly die and they were like, yeah, yeah, if this is
0:36.5	going to save you, you do this. So she got her ovaries removed, her uterus
0:40.2	removed, she took testosterone, she was getting ready for phalloplasty which is
0:44.2	the most brutal surgery imaginable where they take off an enormous chunk of
0:47.7	either your leg or your arm and turn it into a fake dick. So she looked
0:50.7	online then, you know, what do I do after a hysterectomy because she still felt
0:54.5	terrible because they lied to her about how easy all these operations are,
0:57.7	hysterectomy are really tough operations. And she found all these sites of
1:01.6	women who had uterine cancer or, you know, that sort of thing and they were very
1:05.6	supportive as she started talking to them and then one day this sentence floated
1:10.1	into her mind and it was just how can an operation that has only done on
1:14.6	women turn me into an end. And it was like the whole thing, the whole past five
1:19.1	years just unwound and she was back and she was like, all of this was nonsense.
