the very best ever. But really, penultimate means only next to last. I've always thought

you could write a screenplay called The Penultimate Woman.

It's about a guy who's about to get married and before he commits to be with only one woman for the rest of his lives.

He goes on a search for who will be the last other woman he slept with, the penultimate

woman.

But it turns out that is kind of the plot line of the early Tom Hanks movie Bachelor Party

with the cocaine snorting donkey.
