Donald Trump's first thought staring up at it was, who's frying bacon? Then someone handed him the glasses. I watched the entire event with those special glasses, but then my neighbor

explained, you only need them if you go outside. They're not for viewing the eclipse on CNN, but I don't care.

I kept them on anyway because Jake Tapper's teeth can run blindingly bright.

For some, the eclipse reminded them of their insignificant place in the universe, but I live in New York City.

Every day of my life, I am reminded of my insignificant place in the

universe. Well, a bit of a disappointment here in New York City. The sky hardly got dark where I am.

New York City didn't really experience the eclipse because nobody figured out a way to charge for it.

I mean, how would a New Yorker know the eclipse was spectacular

unless it was unaffordable?
