And I'm sorry that it has a bit a little bit.

I have taken some time off.

But I have seen your messages and I love that you're asking when the new episodes are coming

out because it means that you guys enjoy what I'm doing with the podcast, which is great.

Uh, it's being completely honest.

Completely transparent because that's what we do around here.

I have recorded this intro probably 10 times and it's just been shit.

Every time it has just been shit.

And I don't know why podcasting has been so difficult for me lately.

Not just podcasting but posting as well.

I feel like the cadence that I've been posting has gone down.

You look at Twitter and TikTok and Instagram and YouTube.

I work so hard throughout the year to keep up consistent posting and curate new content all the time

and to come up with new ideas and to make them fresh and innovative.

Especially since I've been doing this for a little bit of time now over five years.

It's like how can I make the content better and how can I continue to grow as a content creator

and how can I continue to be innovative and funny and do things that are different

at times I get stuck in doing the same type of content just because I know that it works
