There is only one real Hollywood story right now, and that is the writer's strike.

If you see a bunch of scraggly looking guys and baseball caps walking around in circles on the

sidewalk today, they may be writers. Or it may be the homeless. They're sometimes hard to tell

a part. Yes, despite last-ditch talks and even federal mediation,

the writers walked away from the bargaining table last night and started walking the picket line this morning.

Since negotiation started over the summer, the major sticking points have been twofold.
