When I was in primary school, I was very good at spelling, because my dad, I used to go Saturday school, my dad's nation in Islam.

And I never forget, yeah, we're doing a spelling test and it was like

a girl had the paper of what I was meant to spell

and I got all of the words right and she asked me to spell 18

and I'll never forget this we had a teacher

and he was an African guy and his English was atrocious

and the girl said spell 18 and I spelled it correctly

she was like no that's not right I like, what do you mean it's not right?

It's just like, no, it's not right.

And I put an extra E at the end because I made the assumption that the teacher who wrote

the paper, wrote it wrong, which is kind of racist of me.

I'm just assuming he wouldn't I had to spell it.

And she's like, no, you're wrong, you got it right the first time. And I got one mark off my spelling.

I had 100% spelling to that day.

And to this day, that still bothers me.
