queuing up to see a Boris Johnson speech, which we can hope it contains something that is true,

accurate or even uplifting for ordinary people. And it's far from impossible that that will

happen. But the idea of queuing up for it, the country in the state that it's far from impossible that that will happen, but the idea

of queuing up for it, with the country in the state that it's in, as if he remained some sort

of teflon-coated Messiah, it's not remarkable at all. Throughout history, we've had examples

of this, most recently, of course, in America, where people queued up for days to be lied to by a strange orange manchild.
