Hello, everybody. Welcome back to another episode of Decoding the Unknown. This one, rid of my Ilza, read by me. What happened to the princes in the tower? Oh, is this the one about the Tower of London where those... Someone was going to kill some prince. Look, I know I'm British and I know I should probably know this story, but there's something about two princes going into the Tower of London and maybe they died. Did their bones be discovered in the basement or some shit like that? I know I'm the

worst British person ever, but let's just dive in, shall we, the foreword of the show. Never read

this before. And apparently don't know anything about this. Let's jump in.

There are few places in England more iconic than the Tower of London. That's a lie. That's a lie, Ilsa. I don't think that's true. Like, if someone's like picture the Tower of London, I'll be like, oh yeah, vaguely. But if someone's like picture Tower Bridge, I'll be like, no what that shit looks like. Picture Big Ben. No what that shit looks like. Picture Buckingham Palace. No what that shit looks like. Picture Windsorcastle. Not really sure what that looks like. There's tons of stuff more iconic than the Tower of London, in my opinion, as a British man. It's been renovated over the years, of course, but it was first built in 1067 by William the Conqueror. For those of us who aren't historians, or British, it feels that the tower is about as old as London itself, and over the last thousand years, it has witnessed some truly heinous acts. Henry the 8th, we're looking at you. Oh, is that where he killed all his wives? Or like two of his wives, right? It's fucking psycho. Henry the 8th was a real piece of shit, I bet. However, before Henry dropped the Catholic Church

Thanks to the Missing Pieces Project, providing some airtime to the oldest missing person's case in English history and leading to some entertaining and heated debates in history chat groups.
