Quint, you know what? It rained yesterday for the first time in two weeks.

Like for 30 minutes.

I did a four-month training block.

I know people are so sick of hearing about this.

Not the run.

No, I'm just kidding.

People don't say that about you as far as you know.

And I didn't get caught in the rain one time. That's four months. Is this wood? Knock on that. Yeah, knock on that. For Micah. I'm excited because this is the last episode that will come out before your race. And so you know we're going to get the update. It's going to come before the race? The race is Saturday. Oh. Well, it's the last one we'll cut. Yeah, yeah. And then you'll run it. And then everyone will wait. But they're only going to be waiting a few days. Yeah. Just later. You're going to know. You get the point. I get the point. It's going to be awesome. How are you feeling about fall weather? Can't wait. I love it. We had a football game last weekend. The weather was better as far as not being so scorching hot. I love fall weather. I love football season. I love this time of year. I don't love it from an allergy perspective. It wreaks havoc on my allergies. Like it's 40 in the morning and 75 in the afternoon. Oh, throw in a 50 degree day there. And up, some rain and leaves and pollen or whatever else is falling around us. So I don't like that. So as long as I'm up to date of my allergy shots, which is nice because it's right around the corner. And I just pop in there and get my shots. This is like, you are such a big advocate of these allergy shots.

And they're like custom made for you.

And it sounds like wizardry potion.

In my personal opinion, so first of all, I've taken allergy shots since I was like six years old.

I grew up in upstate New York.

I took allergy shots.

And then I came to college at the University of Kentucky

in 1996. And I remember thinking, oh, this is a new state. I'm not, I don't need my allergy
