Today's question comes from Kyle. And Kyle says says, hi Ashley, I have read or heard

that when getting a new crystal to energize it, you can set it on or near selenite for a number of

hours. Do you have any thoughts on this? So Kyle, I'm guessing by energize you mean what's usually

referred to in the crystal realm as

charging. And I talked about this quite a few episodes ago now, that my viewpoint of charging

is a little bit different than most people. So traditionally, in the crystal healing world,

a lot of teachers and healers teach that our crystals need to be charged.

And of course, when I was starting out my practice, I was following all these quote-unquote
