Summary

#286: My doctor first recommended NAD to me as I was preparing my body for pregnancy. She explained how it could support ovarian and reproductive health, a topic that’s especially important for women with PCOS, where insulin resistance, inflammation, and oxidative stress accelerate cellular damage and aging. In this episode, I sit down with Dr. Andrew Salzman, Harvard-trained physician, and Chief Medical Officer at Wonderfeel, to explore the science behind NAD and why it matters for women’s health at every stage. We discuss: - What NAD is and why levels decline as we age - How NAD⁺ supports energy, hormone balance, and fertility with PCOS - The connection between NAD, PCOS, and metabolic health 👉 Learn more about Wonderfeel Youngr™ NMN here (https://getwonderfeel.com/?utm_source=pcos_cyster&utm_medium=podcast). 📲 Follow @getwonderfeel on Instagram for updates If you’ve ever wondered how cellular health ties into PCOS, fertility, and long-term wellness, this episode is for you!
