Shirley and I, and I'm not embarrassed to say this, were both virgins when we got married.

And the reason was not because I was scared of mom and dad.

It was because God was in that car with me, and I knew it.

And I knew someday I would stand before him.

And I knew that he was holding me accountable,

and that's what kept me from doing wrong things.
