| 1:11.4 | Well, thanks, Brittany. It's good to be here with you. Yeah. And you're right. This is the time of year. It's just it's hard to avoid the treats. They're everywhere. Everywhere you turn. Work parties, school events. There's the cookie exchange. Yep. You might be gifted some treats. |

| 1:15.6 | So it's like we're just kind of like immersed in this environment that it's challenging. |
| 1:21.7 | And even as dietitians, we have to navigate this and try to come up with strategies to stay on top of our nutrition and our health throughout it all. |
| 1:32.5 | And I think a lot of people might assume that as dietitians, we always eat perfectly, we're never tempted by this kind of thing. |
