nobody's around and so you're jamming out but then your wife walks into the room and you're

embarrassed because she caught you that would be maybe singing that would be, maybe singing, singing too.

You have those moments where nobody's watching.

So you're a little bit more yourself.

Yeah, you have that, right?

I think so, yeah.

Yeah, I've had it happen too. I'd be like in my office, you know, singing a song.

The next thing you know, my wife snuck in and catches me and I'm like, all embarrassed, you know.

Why is that?

I want to talk about why that is.

Why is it that we worry so much about what other people think of us that we aren't ourselves.
