What other people think about us.

How important are these thoughts, why they cause such suffering,

what kind of situations is it worth reflecting

on how we are perceived by others

and the times that these thoughts are not only not useful but are

particularly unskillful.

So I hope that's a topic that you will find of some interest.

And if it's not, I'll try again next week with another topic and then after that with yet another

topic and then the following week after that there'll be another topic so that's

the way it goes here so settle in, you don't have to do anything for a while.

And then when it comes time to do anything,

the only thing you'll be asked to do is to relax and meditate.

So that's not very hard either.
