Good morning Christopher. It is 20 to 7 on Sunday, the 25th of Wherever, and I, and I am Pete Donaldson, co-hosts,

sidekick to Chris Broad in the Chris Broad universe here on the Abroad Japan

podcast and I'm happy to announce that I finally got behind the wheel of my large

automobile the Toyota Century is on the road well is it on the road it's not really on the road I

borrowed some trade plates from a car salesman and drove it to the MOT center to get MOT.

But I finally got behind the wheel, Chris.

Only at a jumpstart at once on the way, because it died.

But it has some kind of battery drain on it but I'm sure we'll get to the bottom

of it somewhere there's just a lot of tech in there that could be going wrong but we'll

figure it out and we'll get on the road as soon as we can.

But it's going to be a long six weeks

waiting for the registration plates, I think,

because I had a lot of fun driving this very squishy

car down the road. Squish, squish, squish, down the road.

Squish squush, squishy, very squishy.

And it was a lot of fun and people waved at me.
