So it takes a lot to get me nervous, but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't nervous about publishing this episode here today.

My friend Tiffany Leibymaster, otherwise known as Coach Glitter, is flipping the script on me today by interviewing me on today's episode.

And we go really deep with a lot of stuff in this one.

Tiffany is a really good friend of mine. She's

somebody that I reach out to on a regular basis when I'm looking for inspiration for

improving my social media, among other things, especially when it comes to like, what should

I be sharing on social media? So after giving me advice, she said that I want your audience to know more of you, more of the

real Rick, the Rick that I know, because I've known Tiffany for several years now. And she says,

I don't think that you share enough of that side of you, the side that I know. I want to come on

your podcast to interview you and get real by diving into stuff that you rarely talk about.

I can't believe that.
