I asked Aya Betrawi, who reports on the Middle East for NPR, to come on the show and explain this video to me.

They were going to rescue people in Rafa because a ground invasion had just been launched into Raffa and people were being shot as they were trying to flee on foot and there were

air strikes and so they were going there to save people. So the convoy is rolling and then what happens?

And then they're out, some of them are outside of the convoy already.
