When Andrew Tate was indicted in Romania in June, no one who'd been watching this drama play out was particularly surprised.

Tate and his brother Tristan were taken into custody in December of last year on charges of human trafficking,

forming an organized crime group, and rape. Lisa Miller saw the indictment coming.

When I was reporting the story, we were in contact with the prosecutors who reiterated those

charges, and so the fact that he is now charged was not at all surprising to me.
