He joins us now to talk about the Supreme Court ruling and what it means for free

First of all, this was stunning to me as a journalist, a longtime journalist, longer than I would like to acknowledge in this podcast as someone who has made his living off of the First Amendment, this to me seems like a direct

assault on the First Amendment, free speech, those first primary rights that most of us just take for granted, but what was surprising to me as well is this was decided

in a six three majority decision based on standing. Before we get there, let's talk about this case

and what it ultimately is all about for those

who have not closely followed it.
