And I'm Mitchell Hora.

supporting podcast this season. And today on the show, Mitchell is actually going to tell us about

all the cool stuff that he learned in the exotic land of Ohio. My notes say that he spent a whole

bunch of time listening, which I know is very difficult for Mitchell because he normally spends most of his time talking.

This is very true. I tend to talk a lot, but especially on this, I really wanted to just sit and listen.

We were in Carroll, Ohio, for Dave Brant's Field Day.

Dave Brant, we had on the podcast, he's the Godfather of Soul Health.

We were out there for his field day.

And it was the evening that I recorded the one-on-one interview with Dave.

We actually sat down as a group of us.

In a hotel, we got our boy Johnny Vince Evans and our producer Todd came to Ohio with me and we set up all

these fancy bendy mics and we hit record and some some real magic happened. We recorded for almost

three hours and yeah, I did not talk that much for an entire three hours.

You talked for two and a half hours.

Is that what you're- I did not talk for two and a half hours.

I talked for probably less than 10 minutes, maybe 15 of the entire three hours.

We're going to have to listen to the clips to confirm that.
