I first met Amy Moran at an event in NYC for authors and I love love the name of her book which is called

13 things mentally strong people don't do. This book sells my friend. It's been translated

into more than 40 languages and it's rooted in Amy's not only her training as a therapist, but in her own life experiences.

Within a three-year period, Amy lost her mother,

and then on the third anniversary of her mother's death

Amy lost her husband while she was in her 20s and it's a rare and unique thing when someone has incredible training that's able to help

them understand their mind, process their emotions, with also the heartbreaking experience of living through loss, going through grief in such a

concentrated period of time and at such a young age.

I'm sure when you listen to Amy today,
