And then at my day job, I'm like this 45 year old, year old you know 55 year old man part of senior management at this family construction company so i have a very normal day job but whatever i do i try and do it 100 so if i'm at work my 9 to 5 i'm there and i'm putting in the work making sure i'm getting my shit done go to the gym making sure i'm working hard getting my gym done switch over to pickleball making sure i'm doing that whatever i'm Go to the gym, making sure I'm working hard, getting my gym done.
