number of hours in a day and days

in a year because you do so much. And even this year alone, you have done so much. Yeah, honestly,

sometimes I impress myself. How do you do it? I want to have really good time management,

really, really good time management. And I love just going really fast. So, like, most people

don't know this, but I have a day job too.

What? Yeah, I work in construction. I have like a nine to five. Yeah, a very normal day job that I don't talk about on social media. What? Yeah, because on social media I'm just like 25 year old punk that makes TikToks, travels the world, writes books, plays pickleball, do does all this random cool shit. And then at my day job, I'm like this 45 year old, year old you know 55 year old man part of senior management at this family construction company so i have a very normal day job but whatever i do i try and do it 100 so if i'm at work my 9 to 5 i'm there and i'm putting in the work making sure i'm getting my shit done go to the gym making sure i'm working hard getting my gym done switch over to pickleball making sure i'm doing that whatever i'm Go to the gym, making sure I'm working hard, getting my gym done.

Whatever I'm doing, I do 100% and I just focus on it so I can do a million different things. When do you podcast? When did you write your book? When do you create content? When do you hang out with your friends and your family? I try and intertwine a lot of them, right?

It's like podcasting's got to do it with one of my best friends.

So we do that once a week, you know, a couple hours.
