Governor Hokel to launch free child care for two-year-olds. I think that's wonderful. When I was a resident

in New York, something that made me feel much better about the incremental 13% taxes we were paying

while we were here was my son, my three-year-old, four-year-old son at the time was speech delayed.

And story ends well, by the way, he just got into early decision to the College of his choice.
