A lot of people globally, not just Americans, had a tough year.

In a short period of time, ladies and gentlemen, we had to endure a lot of financial pain.

And what I mean by that is, I mean, we look in like 2021 interest rates on a mortgage 3, 4%. Housing is in massive demand in red states.

Price is going through the roof. Crypto, NFTs, cars are selling for over sticker.

And then within about a 10 month period of time,

the motherfuckers couldn't sell a car to save their life.

The watch market, the luxury watch market split in half.

Crypto went on a two year lull.

It didn't even hardly move until after this recent election.

Real estate interest rates doubled.

They didn't just go up a quarter point.
