0:40.6	Tell everybody a little bit more about your background, how you got started working in this space and what your work has looked like over the years.
0:48.0	Well, I started in this space partly because of my father, is Dr Stephen Arcovey wrote kind of the big book the
0:58.7	seven habits of highly effective people a lot of people know about and have read or seen. And what's interesting is that I was kind of in there on the ground floor when the seven habits was being put together by my dad with all of us kids you know we had a big
1:16.6	family there were nine kids that I was one of them and and we were the first guinea pigs I'd like to say of
1:22.0	his of his ideas, of his teachings, and he tried it with us first.
1:26.2	So I kind of knew that the The Seven Happens book was coming out.
1:30.2	I knew it was going to be good, I'd seen how it impacted us as kids but I also saw as my
1:37.6	dad had done some consulting and speaking in different settings how it was impacting people.
