And today, we're so pleased for the fourth time

we're having Christie Richmond on.

She is a functional nurse consultant

that has helped both Shay and I in tremendous ways with our own health.

If you haven't listened to the previous episodes, you really should,

but today's going to be another doozy.

And we're doing this because as we're rescuing

this art of homemaking, we want to be as healthy

and clear-minded as we can.

I think there's a lot of things that we assume are normal from, you know, really over-the-top

monthly symptoms to brain fog and, you know, gut issues and I think we've just assumed that so much

negativity in our bodies is normal migraines whatever as women and they're not and so I'm so pleased to welcome you
