of our Christmas series, I want to help answer the question, what does the birth of Jesus mean for

you? That's an important question. I know that's not always where we want to start when we're

studying the Bible, like, oh, what does this say about me and what is this to me?

And you can get down some difficult rabbit trails of interpretation when you make everything

about you and read yourself into the text. But when it comes to Christmas, there is an aspect of this

that is about us, believers. We are the focus of redemption. Christ gets all all the glory but we get all the joy the beauty

and the hope of christmas does center on your life in that you're the impact zone you're the

epicenter and so we want to talk about that it's important to be encouraging and thoughtful

and mindful of that so i want to do that in this It's important to be encouraging and thoughtful and mindful of that.

So I want to do that in this episode. In the first two, we talked about the four reasons.

Jesus was born and why Mary had to be a virgin. If you haven't listened to those or watched them,

I would recommend you go back. And maybe this week, those are your listening as you head into this

episode as well, moving closer to

Christmas Day. I want to close by reflecting on what the birth of Christ means for us. And to do

that, I want you to turn in your Bible if you're watching or following along to Isaiah chapter 9.

We're going to be in verses 6 to 7 in this incredible passage. It's a prophetic passage.
