I do always make the suggestion that you should go to the homewood location at least once

in your life, so you can get pizza out of the old oven, I'm thinking a lot about Homewood

lately.

It's been interesting, this was a real going home type weekend for me, and it's funny

because I actually don't consider Homewood my home, it's very strange.

But I'll get to that in a second, it was a homecoming week because I'm working on a project

of which I cannot tell you more about for now.

But I will tell you that the project is taking me to a couple of ball parks, and it was

fun to go and be at the amateur city elite program over at 35th and shields and see some of

the kids and I was laughing because one of those kids told me that I was old.

He didn't say it in so many words, but he said it when I explained to him that he and I both

went to HF and I graduated in 1993 and he was like, what's that?

What's he here that starts with 19?

Anyway, this week the project led me over to Jackie Robinson West Park and that was really

dope and more emotional than I expected it to be.

I grew up, if you don't know, if you're new to the podcast, I went to high school in

Plasma, I went to Homewood Plasma High School, that wasn't necessarily going to be the

choice.
