Morning everybody, welcome along to your free podcast for today. It's Friday.

Congratulations. You've made it through the week. And it's been quite a week, actually, this week.

It's been debate and people shouting at each other on television programs, and some people not shouting at each other on television programs

and some people wanting to shout on television programs. A lot of shouting I've noticed. A lot of people

disagreeing, but that's what you're going to get in an election year. You're going to get lots of

people saying one thing and somebody else saying, well, that's not true. As I've said all the time,

you listen to what they say, you then make up your mind on what you think they're saying and which one you stand the best chance with.

So when somebody says, I'm going to give you, for example, I don't know, 20,000 nurses, hypothetically, you have to think, is that realistic?

Are we really going to have 20,000? Where are they coming from? Who's going to pay for them? Where is the money for all this? Is there some little secret pot under the end of the bed? Well, there is, but I suspect it's not got any money in it. Amanda Holden revealed a tattoo of Simon Cowell's face on her thigh the other day. I can only assume it was a joke. I don't believe she's actually had a tattoo put on her leg. And I think this was

on a radio program where they were sort of trying to sort of work out. They've got all sorts of

people. Amanda is joining a lot of people on Graham Norton's show. She, I was looking at a picture

of Graham Norton thinking, I wonder who that old man is. The trouble is, ever since he's grown his beard, he looks an awful lot older, which is a bit

of a shame. He shouldn't look, he shouldn't look that old because he's not. And here she is on

another holiday. Yes, it's Colleen Rooney, jumping out of a plane, on a tandem skydive over Dubai. And, uh, she's only 29, but, you know,

she just lives on holiday. That's all it is now. And, uh, she went out there. Presumably she got it
