We've become a culture that believes that we can do everything ourselves.

we create our own audiences, we create, we do everything from inside our basements

and we can control the universe. And of course this is a couple with the fact that

sadly we have raised children and some of our children are now adults who have been raised

this way and are doing it to their children who can do no wrong, who are always right,

who need to be protected from their feelings being hurt in any which shape or form to the point

that, you know, while those are good notions, if you take them too far to the nth degree,

what it ends up in is that nobody listens to anybody else. Nobody is open to anybody else

because we are our own perfect creations, you know, from our parents telling us that everything

we do is right and every effort we make is great to our own creations of our personas

and social media that, you know, in many cases are facade.
