What does it take to go from making six figures as a wholesaler to seven figures as a wholesaler?

I think it's definitely leveraging people. I think that's the biggest thing.

It's like, you know, in my opinion, you know, I always thought like, well, you know, in order for me to make more money, you know, the company more money is just like the marketing has to be hit we you know way more but the truth is you just need somebody that's really good and then realistically I mean we do the agent a lot of the agent model and that's what you know my main acquisitions

guy really focuses on yeah and that's like you know we spend a lot of money on like

texting softwares and stuff like that

and not like marketing you know what I mean so you know I think people is going to be the biggest

the biggest thing you take you could literally have you know be just yourself

and then bring on a guy that does just MLS for example and he's really good.

Yeah. And you will absolutely explode your growth versus if you are spending 10 grand and then you start spending 20 grand on marketing.

Yeah, like that doesn't necessarily equate I think the same as a good person.
