And we're talking about a lot of money. We're not talking about like a few thousand dollars on a scratch off, but we'll let her tell the story and give the details.

But we're excited to hear about what it's like to go through what's such an unexpected life changing moment.

How much money did your family win in the lottery?

So my family, my dad in particular, one 17.3 million dollars.

Wow. And it was that like the winning amount or is that the amount that you guys like walked away with?

So that was the winning amount. So where I live, you don't get taxed on the lottery winnings. You just get taxed from what I believe is the income that you could produce from the winnings.

So it's tax free. What? Wow. Where do you live? Mars? Like, where in New York?
