country, spurred by a single judges decision to invalidate the FDA's 23 year old approval

of one of the principal drugs used for abortions.

the Justice Department's appeal.

But as of right now, there are three major deadlines that we're following.

By midnight tonight, the anti-abortion group that brought the Texas lawsuit must respond

to the stay request from the Justice Department.

By Friday, the DOJ has asked Washington State Judge Thomas Rice to provide clarification
