0:05.0	And the topic of today's newsletter is going to be what it means when she invites attention from other men.
0:12.0	Well, character is destiny.
0:15.0	And so we got an email here from a viewer who he's, unfortunately, he's been with this girl for about i think seven years they
0:22.9	were like i think they met in college and the last year he's caught her emotionally cheating on
0:29.0	him twice and the second time the most recent one it seems there may have been some physical
0:35.0	interactions as well and so he broke up with her and they're supposed to meet to exchange their things.
0:41.7	And obviously rejection breeds obsession.
0:44.3	So she's claiming to be on her best behavior and is a little remorseful.
0:49.7	But he's projecting, he realized he's projecting the fantasy of what he wants her to be in his ignoring
0:56.1	reality and unfortunately for her, it's not his fault, but for her, she comes from a broken home.
1:03.3	So character's destiny, this is what she learned.
1:06.4	She grew up without a father and she clearly doesn't respect men. She doesn't respect him. He forgave
1:13.4	her the first time she emotionally cheated. But the second one, it looks like she went even further.
1:19.5	And so now he just really kind of wants to move on, but it's hard because, again, rejection breeds
1:24.7	obsession. But part of the problem is he's taking ownership of her behavior as if it's his fault.
1:31.3	This is the fault of her family and ultimately her father who failed her and wasn't there to properly raise her.
1:38.6	And if he is interested in having a relationship based upon loyalty and family and communication and commitment,
1:48.0	it has to be with a woman who was raised in that kind of environment, ideally, and a woman who
1:53.5	shares those values.
1:54.5	And this girl clearly does not share the values.
1:56.7	And so, again, it's not his fault that his girlfriend is basically a liar and a cheater.
