In September 2015, Eric and Cindy, a couple in their early 60s, have been together for six

years.

Earlier that summer, they'd moved from San Francisco, California to a modest but nice two-story town

home in the city center of small town, USA.

Neither of them work.

The town home is paid for by the remains of a million-dollar inheritance that Eric had

received some years back.

That is, according to Eric.

The two are also collecting disability.
