A comfort zone is a mental restriction that makes you think you can't do something. It's not a physical thing. It's a matter of deciding whether you want to do it or not. Sometimes we have to identify what qualifies something as a comfort zone as well as what goes outside of it. When we notice where the threshold ends we can start to locate how we can overcome and go outside of this comfort zone when necessary.
