Welcome to our Thursday's broadcast of the Gospel Truth.

This week, I've started a series entitled, What Is Truth?

This is actually what Pilate said to Jesus after Jesus said in John chapter 18 verse 37.

He says, I'm coming to the world to bear witness of the truth.

And everyone that is of the truth, here's me in Pilate, just throws up his hands as what is truth.

As if you can't know truth. There is no absolute truth.

That's not true.

The first thing I did was to show that Pilate knew better.

It says in Matthew chapter 27 verses 18 and 19 that he knew that the scribes and Pharisees had delivered Jesus for envy and that he was innocent.

He also knew that his wife had a dream and the Lord showed her that Jesus was an innocent man.

So he had truth that he wasn't acting on.

And I brought out the Scriptures out of Matthew chapter 13 where he says to everyone that has, God will give him more but to him that has not.

God will take away even that which he has.

In other words, if you act on the truth that you know, then God will reveal more truth to you. It's a progressive thing.

But when you start denying the truth that you know, the foundational truths, which I turned over to Romans chapter 1

showed you everyone has an intuitive knowledge of God in their heart so that they know even his eternal power and God head.

He has revealed himself from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness when people say that they just can't know truth.

They are first of all not being honest with what they know in their heart.
