back to the Constitution. This is very the Constitution is the our founding

document, right? It is the rule of law. It is the referee in the game of freedom.

So I just started thinking about, listen, what are the roles that are germane to

the president of the United States? What is it that the president is supposed to

fulfill? Because remember, as government gets bigger, you the citizen gets

smaller and that's not what we want. We don't want to constantly empower the
