Today, Dr. Berg talks about (IMO) Isomaltooligosaccharides sweetener. IMO is a type of fiber that is created out of NON-GMO starches and has the least amount of digestive stress. It has a glycemic index of about 34 which is low. and If consumed in large amounts, it will act as a laxative.

articles that say it's it's really bad some say's really good, so I just want to kind of go through step by step in my opinion.

Now I've tested different sweeteners with my ice cream because I wanted something lower on the glycemic index.

I tested corn fiber, I tested inulin from chickory root, and what I found is it creates a lot of digestive
