Well, first of all, I hope everybody's doing okay.

It does feel a little weird Casey not being here.

Casey's fine.

This isn't, this isn't a big, uh,

my big reveal that Casey,

Casey's gone and it's just you and me now. But I wanted to come on and say you

might have noticed that there have been a lot of bonus episodes recently and when we post a bonus

episode it usually means that we need a week away from the podcast or to catch up on something or we don't have enough backlogged episodes.

So that is kind of what's been happening.

We've experienced some hardship

over the last couple months.

I've been dealing with some mental health issues.

Casey's been working furiously on his book, which we're all very

excited about, and was coming up across a couple of deadlines, and then I was out of town, and then I was out of town and then Casey was out of town and now I'm feeling better and Casey is sick.

So we've had to release a few bonus episodes.

We hope that's okay with everybody.
