Dr. Berg talks about PABA (Para-Amino Benzoic Acid). Most people know PABA as vitamin B, but it is a pre-B vitamin. In other words, it takes PABA to make folic acid. Your microbes in your guts make it. If you have taken antibiotics in the past, then you might have destroyed certain microbes. You can get PABA from eating organic meats, dairy, eggs, vegetables, and mushrooms.
