Today I want to do an overview of the works on MK Ultra and kind of give an introduction to that

because it's a topic that I've put a lot of time and research into over the last 20 years.

I've read a lot of the mainline works on it and some of the documents themselves and I think

it would be good to do basically a course on this. So this little video is going to function as an introduction.

And then for subscribers to Jay's analysis, I'm going to do a full-on lecture in high quality

that deals with the totality of what's called M-Kaltrow, which is really just a whole bunch of little projects that use that moniker.

This comes out of the military's wartime research back in the 40s seeking a truth serum.

So M.KLtra begins as a project by the military, by the army, to find different drugs that might be

useful under espionage circumstances to get a person to tell the truth.

And so if you had a captured P.O.W. or something like that, could we get him to divulge

enemy secrets? And alongside that, there was separate research in other countries like Tavostock,

which we've covered in the past, which dealt with PTSD, basically.

Shell shock was what it was initially called.

They got a big grant from the Rockefeller Foundation to invest more time and research into the subject of psychological warfare, group dynamics, and basically mind control.

So both countries had parallel programs running,

and as we get into the post-World War II era,

other countries as well kind of hopped on board

and did their own projects like the Soviets.

And we also see similar projects that the CIA farmed out

in other countries, which I've covered recently over on Rockfin in Australia.
