I wonder if you remember your first conscious favorite song as a child.

Maybe it's a specific tune or maybe it's an album or a specific artist.

I remember as a kid, somewhere at age four or five in there.

I remember hearing this particular song

on the radio several times and beginning

to formulate this opinion and then say out loud to my parents, that's my favorite song.

I'm weird in this way.

I remember my first favorite song.

Now I realize I'm one of the older people in the room, like 90th percentile and

above in age. So I will ask and I don't expect many to raise their hands.

But as anybody here know the name Larnell Harris.

Hands down, Larn L Harris was my favorite singer in the mid-80s when I was five, six years old.

And in January of 1985, this is 30 years before we planned the city's church, in the same month

when Lionel Ritchie and Michael Jackson are writing the song We Are the World and recording it with

40 other pop artists.

Lauren L Harris released an album.

It was called I've just seen Jesus.

Famous solo is Sandy Patty by that name.
