announcement or I don't know what you call it because sort of a background briefing announcement

that that we are pulling out of Afghanistan. Well today he will be making I think a formal announcement

yesterday they rolled out the briefing to everybody to prepare everyone for what they were doing and

it is not adhering to what was a May 1 deadline in the Trump administration to go

to the Taliban which was not really a deadline in the sense that it was conditions based and
