In this podcast, Dr. Berg talks about what is homocysteine. Homocysteine is a type of protein that is converted into another type of protein called methionine. Certain B vitamins are needed for the conversion of this protein. If there are no enough B Vitamins, the homocysteine can build up in the system and could create problems. He also talks about the way to get high levels of homocysteine.
