relevant to you guys realtor.com right so you need to listen to yesterday's radio show it was

probably one of our most downloaded radio shows and uh for obvious reasons i mean this is

going to affect you. A lot of people

I've read on Inman and some other sources, the people are saying, oh, it's no big deal.

Not going to affect realtors. B.S. It is going to affect realtors. And here's the bottom

line reason why. And I said this yesterday, and I'm not going to spend a lot of time talking about

today because Julie and I've got a really exciting topic to present to all of you. But the bottom line reason why is it's because it's going to create a juggernaut for those

of you who have not yet learned how to go after the business yourself.

For those of you who are dependent on buying leads, News Corp, Buyingreilder.com, Zillow and

Trulia becoming, you know, as we, I think aptly have renamed them Zulia.

Those of you are buying leads are going to be paying more.

It's less competition.
