0:28.0	Hey, I want to welcome you and thank you again for taking the time to spend a few minutes with me as we do every week talking
0:36.2	about issues that are facing discipleship, the issue of discipleship in our lives and our walk with
0:41.8	the Lord. And again we find ourselves this week in the same
0:46.9	situation that we were in last week and that is a pandemic and people
0:50.4	quarantined in their homes and facing difficulties that they've never ever faced before.
0:57.0	Well, I've got some ideas today that I want to share with you that I think might make a difference,
1:02.0	and at least you can use the time that you have in your home in a productive way.
1:07.2	You know, life has really compressed at this moment where you have work and school and relationships all brought together in an unprecedented way
1:17.1	and it shows us who we are and you know the areas that the Lord wants to work on in our lives and I haven't met anybody
1:24.8	I haven't met anybody yet that that hasn't said that they haven't struggled at times you know in
1:29.3	relationships and with their anger the the loneliness, fear, whatever it might be.
1:35.0	On Ascension's Facebook live page, I have been going through a special edition of Walking Toward Eternity where I've been looking at some of these topics and
1:47.0	and it's you know it's been good to be able to address issues like anger and fear and loneliness and so forth because these are the real issues
1:56.5	that many people are facing. The good news is is that Jesus Christ is Lord, he is on the throne and he wants to do something in our lives even now in what we are experiencing.
2:11.0	And so be encouraged he has overcome the world. I want to talk a little bit about what is essential in our lives and it may be a time to simplify to use the time in a very constructive way, in a way that will lead
2:28.2	to fruitfulness in our lives, both in other relationships that we have with people or family, but mainly in the
2:35.9	relationship that we have with the Lord. You know it's it's times like this where
